The Partnership’s fiscal 2021 and fiscal 2020 annual goodwill impairment review resulted in no adjustments to the carrying amount of goodwill.

Aggregate amortization expense related to other intangible assets for fiscal 2021, 2020 and 2019 was $48,054, $57,065 and $56,372, respectively.  Aggregate amortization expense for each of the five succeeding fiscal years related to other intangible assets held as of September 25, 2021 is estimated as follows: 2022 - $7,408; 2023 - $6,808; 2024 - $6,643; 2025 - $4,558; and 2026 - $3,802.
