Landuyt to Registrant’s Board of Supervisors, to report that, at the regular meeting of the Registrant’s Board of Supervisors held on April 19, 2017, the Board named each of Mr. Connors and Mr. Landuyt to serve on each of the Board’s Audit and Nominating/Governance Committees.
