(b)Effective May 25, 2016, Suburban Propane Partners, L.P. (the “Partnership”) announced that Chief Development Officer, Mark Wienberg, has left the Partnership to pursue other opportunities.  His responsibilities will be assumed by other employees of the Partnership.
