(b), (c) On November 7, 2023, Suburban Propane Partners, L.P. (the “Partnership”) appointed Daniel S. Bloomstein, the Partnership’s Vice President and Controller, as the Partnership’s Chief Accounting Officer, effective immediately. Mr. Bloomstein will serve as the Partnership’s principal accounting officer and continue in his role as the Partnership’s Controller. Michael A. Kuglin, who has served as the Partnership’s Chief Financial Officer since 2014 and as its Chief Accounting Officer since 2009, will continue in his role as the Partnership’s Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Bloomstein’s biographical information is set forth in the Partnership’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended September 24, 2022, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 23, 2022. Mr. Bloomstein has no family relationships with any supervisor, executive officer, or person nominated or chosen by the Partnership to become a supervisor or executive officer of the Partnership. Mr. Bloomstein is not a party to any transaction required to be disclosed pursuant to Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K.
