On March 22, 2007, Mr. Dennis W. Trautman’s employment as Chief Operating Officer of Suburban Propane Partners, L.P. (the “Partnership”) was terminated effective March 23, 2007. The Partnership plans to divide Mr. Trautman’s responsibilities among other employees of the Partnership.
