Organization and Description of Business	NOTE 1. ORGANIZATION AND DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS Concierge Technologies, Inc., (the “Company”), a Nevada corporation, was originally incorporated in California on August 18, 1993 as Fanfest, Inc. On March 20, 2002, the Company changed its name to Concierge Technologies, Inc. The Company’s principal operations include the purchase and sale of digital equipment through its majority owned subsidiary Wireless Village under the fictitious business name of 3^rd Eye Cam.
