SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	On January 24, 2014, prior to the due date of a note payable to an affiliate in the amount of $10,000, the note holder agreed to extend the due date to February 25, 2014. The extension of the due date was granted without penalty or increase in the original interest rate of 6% per annum.

Tabular disclosure of significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
