On May 11, 2010, we, SPAR Group, Inc. ("we" or the "Registrant"), issued a press release (the "Release") announcing that we would hold on a public conference call for our shareholders and others on Monday, May 17, 2010, during which management will discuss our financial results for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2009.
