On March 25, 2005, Roger W. Gale informed the Board of Directors of Constellation Energy Group, Inc. that he has decided not to stand for re-election to the Board of Directors at Constellation Energy’s annual meeting of shareholders on May 20, 2005.  Dr. Gale will continue as a member of the Board of Directors and as a member of the Committee on Nuclear Power until the annual meeting.
