Revenue Recognition	As a result of its revenue recognition policy, rental income for the year ending December 31 includes Basic Rent and the advances of Primary Overage Rent received from October 1 to December 31, but does not include any portion of Secondary Overage Rent based on the Lessee’s operations during that period.
