Item 8.01. Other Events.

On September 1, 2009, Duke Realty Limited Partnership, an Indiana limited partnership, completed the repurchase of approximately $206.8 million aggregate principal amount of its 3.75% Exchangeable Senior Notes due 2011 in a series of privately negotiated transactions. The total amount paid for the repurchases was approximately $202.3 million.
