LCA-Vision to Hold Second Quarter 2003 Financial Results Conference Call

CINCINNATI—July 15, 2003 --LCA-Vision Inc. (Nasdaq NM: LCAV), a leading provider of laser vision correction services under the LasikPlus brand, today announced that the Company will release 2003 second quarter financial results before market open on Wednesday, July 23, 2003.  Stephen Joffe, Chairman and CEO, and Alan Buckey, CFO, will be hosting an investment-community conference call beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on July 23, 2003 to discuss those results and to answer questions.
