Income Taxes	Note 8. Income Taxes During the thirteen and thirty-nine week periods ended May 26, 2012, there were no material changes in unrecognized tax benefits. With limited exceptions, the Company is no longer subject to Federal income tax examinations through fiscal 2008 and state jurisdictions through fiscal 2007. The Company is currently under Federal income tax examination for fiscal years 2009 and 2010.

Disclosures may include net deferred tax liability or asset recognized in an enterprise's statement of financial position, net change during the year in the total valuation allowance, approximate tax effect of each type of temporary difference and carryforward that gives rise to a significant portion of deferred tax liabilities and deferred tax assets, utilization of a tax carryback, and tax uncertainties information.
