Income Taxes	Note 10. Income Taxes During the thirteen and twenty-six week periods ended February 25, 2012, there were no material changes in unrecognized tax benefits. With limited exceptions, the Company is no longer subject to Federal income tax examinations through fiscal 2007 and state jurisdictions through fiscal 2006. The Company is currently under Federal income tax examination for fiscal years 2009 and 2010.

Disclosures may include net deferred tax liability or asset recognized in an enterprise's statement of financial position, net change during the year in the total valuation allowance, approximate tax effect of each type of temporary difference and carryforward that gives rise to a significant portion of deferred tax liabilities and deferred tax assets, utilization of a tax carryback, and tax uncertainties information.
