On April 5, 2018, MSC Industrial Direct Co., Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.58 per share on the common stock of the Company. MSC DECLARES REGULAR QUARTERLY DIVIDEND
MELVILLE, NY and DAVIDSON, NC, April 5, 2018 - MSC INDUSTRIAL SUPPLY CO. (NYSE: MSM), a premier distributor of Metalworking and Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) products and services to industrial customers throughout North America, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.58 per share. The $0.58 dividend is payable on May 1, 2018 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 17, 2018. The ex-dividend date is April 16, 2018.
