MSC DECLARES REGULAR QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

  

Melville, NY and Davidson, NC, March 30, 2017 - MSC INDUSTRIAL SUPPLY CO. (NYSE: MSM), “MSC” or the “Company,” a premier distributor of Metalworking and Maintenance, Repair and Operations (“MRO”) supplies to industrial customers throughout North America, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.45 per share. The $0.45 dividend is payable on May 2, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 18, 2017. The ex-dividend date is April 13, 2017.
