6. RESTRUCTURING AND OTHER CHARGES

As a result of the Class C Solutions Group acquisition, the Company has incurred and will incur restructuring charges associated with associate severance costs, stay bonuses, and the impairment of long-lived assets due to the closure of facilities. The aggregate liabilities included in “Accrued liabilities” in the consolidated balance sheet relating to the restructuring activities as of August 30, 2014 and activity for the fiscal year ended August 30, 2014 consists of the following:
