On October 22, 2007, Zoran Corporation (“Zoran”) announced its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2007 and provided its outlook for the quarter ending December 31, 2007. A copy of Zoran’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
