The Original 8-K described the exhibit as “the employment agreement, dated December 14, 2011, between Mark Barrenechea and the Company”. Open Text Corporation (the “Company”) would like to amend this description as “the employment agreement, effective January 2, 2012, between Mark Barrenechea and the Company”.
