Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
(b) In connection with the restructuring activities announced on October 28, 2009 by Tollgrade Communications, Inc. (the “Company”), the employment of Sara M. Antol with the Company terminated on November 5, 2009. Ms. Antol had served as the Company’s General Counsel and Secretary and was a named executive officer in the Company’s last proxy statement. Effective November 6, 2009, Jennifer M. Reinke, previously the Company’s Assistant General Counsel, was named General Counsel for the Company.
