Five million potential shares from outstanding employee equity awards were excluded from the diluted net income per share calculations for the nine months ended January 29, 2021 and three million potential shares were excluded from the calculation for the three and nine months ended January 24, 2020, as their inclusion would have been anti-dilutive.
