On September 28, 2007, SPACEHAB, Incorporated (the “Company”) and Brian K. Harrington, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, agreed not to extend Mr. Harrington’s employment agreement entered into in January 2004 beyond its termination date of December 31, 2007.
