On July 30, 2007, Dr. Edward E. David notified SPACEHAB, Incorporated (the “Company”) of his decision to resign form its Board of Directors effective July 31, 2007  Dr. David’s decision to resign is not a result of a disagreement with the Company related to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
