On December 13, 2021, Riley Exploration Permian, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial condition and results of operations for the year ended September 30, 2021. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K, and is incorporated herein by reference.
