Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On May 31, 2018, Nolan Bushnell resigned from his position as director on the board of directors of MGT Capital Investments Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Bushnell’s resignation was not a result of any disagreements with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
