Related Party Transactions Disclosure [Text Block]	Note 14: Related party transactions FanTD - Loan payable to members The Company has a loan payable to certain founding members of FanTD. The loan served to temporarily assist with FanTD’s operating expenditures. The outstanding balance as of June 30, 2013 was $100. The loan bears no interest and is payable on demand and no later than December 31, 2013.
