Completion of the Form 10Q has been delayed due to the Company’s recent change in independent auditor, effective November 7, 2003.  The Company’s change in auditor has required personnel and, upon appointment, the new auditor to take additional time to prepare and review the Form 10Q.  The Company is working diligently to complete the Form 10Q.
