Item 8.01. Other Events.

On December 28, 2022, TG Therapeutics, Inc. (“TG” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (the “FDA”) has approved BRIUMVI™ (ublituximab-xiiy), for the treatment of relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis (RMS), to include clinically isolated syndrome, relapsing-remitting disease, and active secondary progressive disease, in adults.

The Company will host a conference call tomorrow, December 29, 2022, at 8:30 AM ET, to discuss the FDA approval of BRIUMVI.
