RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	NOTE 9 RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS In July 2015, we entered into a Shared Services Agreement (the “Shared Services Agreement”) with FBIO to share the cost of certain services such as facilities use, personnel costs and other overhead and administrative costs. This Shared Services Agreement requires us to pay our respective share of services utilized. In connection with the Shared Services Agreement, we incurred expenses of approximately $0.2 million for shared services for each of the three months ended March 31, 2021 and 2020, primarily related to shared personnel. Please refer to Note 7 - Leases for details regarding the Office Agreement with FBIO, as well as Note 8 - License Agreements for details regarding the Collaboration Agreement with Checkpoint.
