As disclosed in the Form 6-K furnished to the SEC on January 27 and February 27, 2023, the Board of Directors of Credicorp Ltd. (‘Credicorp’) agreed to set the date for the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for March 27, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. (Peruvian time) in a virtual meeting.
