During the three and six months ended December 31, 2013, a total of $10,000 and $21,703, respectively, was paid to three non-employee directors for serving on the Company's board of directors. For the three and six months ended December 31, 2012, a total of $8,313 and $14,563, respectively, was paid to two non-employee directors for serving on the Company's board of directors.
