Employee Benefit Plan	9. Employee Benefit Plan The Company has established a 401(k) plan for the benefit of its employees. Employees may contribute to the plan up to 15% of their salary, pursuant to a salary reduction agreement, upon meeting certain age requirements. The Company made no discretionary contributions to the 401(k) plan during the year ended June 30, 2013.
