Subsequent Event	NOTE 10—SUBSEQUENT EVENT On April 23, 2014, Sangamo filed a Certificate of Amendment of Seventh Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation of Sangamo BioSciences, Inc. and increased the total number of shares of common stock which the Corporation shall have authority to issue up to 160,000,000 shares.
