Regulation FD Disclosure.

On December 17, 2021, Broadway Financial Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the United States Department of the Treasury (the “U.S. Treasury”) has informed the Company that it is eligible to receive an equity investment from the U.S. Treasury pursuant to the Emergency Capital Investment Program.  A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein solely for purposes of this Item 7.01 disclosure.
