Loans Receivable Held for Sale	NOTE (4) – Loans Receivable Held for Sale Loans receivable held for sale at June 30, 2018 and December 31, 2017 totaled $1.1 million and $22.4 million, respectively, and consisted of multi-family loans. The Bank transferred $16.9 million of multi-family loans from the held-for-sale portfolio to the held-for-investment portfolio during the first quarter of 2018. No loans were originated for sale during the three and six months ended June 30, 2018. Sales of multi-family loans during the three months and six months ended June 30, 2018 totaled $4.3 million. Loan repayments totaled $11 thousand and $82 thousand during the three and six months ended June 30, 2018.
