Loans Receivable Held for Sale	NOTE (4) – Loans Receivable Held for Sale Loans receivable held for sale at March 31, 2018 and December 31, 2017 totaled $5.4 million and $22.4 million, respectively, and consisted of multi-family loans. The Bank transferred $16.9 million of multi-family loans from the held-for-sale portfolio to the held-for-investment portfolio during the three months ended March 31, 2018. There were no loan sales during the three months ended March 31, 2018. Loan repayments totaled $71 thousand during the three months ended March 31, 2018.

The entire disclosure for claims held for amounts due a entity, excluding financing receivables. Examples include, but are not limited to, trade accounts receivables, notes receivables, loans receivables. Includes disclosure for allowance for credit losses.
