For the calculation of diluted loss per share for the three and six months ended March 31, 2021, 38,800 stock options and 334,687 non-vested RSUs were excluded in the calculation of weighted average shares outstanding since their impact on diluted loss per share was antidilutive.  For the calculation of diluted loss per share for the three and six months ended March 31, 2020, 103,100 stock options and 265,220 non-vested RSUs, respectively, were excluded in the calculation of weighted average shares outstanding since their impact on diluted loss per share was antidilutive.
