For the calculation of diluted loss per share for the three and nine months ended June 30, 2020, 103,100 stock options and 264,375 non-vested RSUs were excluded in the calculation of weighted average shares outstanding since their impact on diluted loss per share was antidilutive.  For the calculation of diluted loss per share for the three and nine months ended June 30, 2019, 163,800 stock options and 161,300 non-vested RSUs, respectively, were excluded in the calculation of weighted average shares outstanding since their impact on diluted loss per share was antidilutive.
