During the six months ended March 31, 2019 and 2018, the Company made non-cash inventory transfers of $1.8 million and $8.1million, respectively, to rental equipment.  Raw materials include semi-finished goods and component parts totaled approximately $28.5 million and $29.0 million at March 31, 2019 and September 30, 2018, respectively.
