Related Party Transactions	18. Related Party Transactions The Company regularly transacts business with Creative Marketing Services, LP (“CMS”), a company owned by the spouse of Richard F. Miles, a director of the Company. CMS is a marketing company which has historically provided marketing, communications, and support services to the Company, including product photography, video shoots, brochure design, magazine advertising, website design, annual report production and various other marketing and advertising services. For fiscal years 2018, 2017 and 2016, the Company incurred expenses of $13,000, $7,000, and $39,000, respectively, to CMS for these services.
