During the three months ended December 31, 2017 and 2016, the Company made non-cash inventory transfers of $2.0 million and $0.3 million, respectively, to rental equipment.  Raw materials include semi-finished goods and component parts which totaled approximately $44.1 million and $43.2 million at December 31, 2017 and September 30, 2017, respectively.
