Exit and Disposal Activities	18. Exit and Disposal Activities During the first quarter of fiscal year 2016, the Company initiated a program to reduce operating costs in light of the decrease in demand for its seismic products. The program included workforce reductions, a facility consolidation and other cost reductions related to the Company’s seismic business segment. In connection with its workforce reductions, the Company incurred $1.0 million of termination costs in its second fiscal quarter of 2016. The costs related to the program are recorded to both cost of revenue and operating expenses in the consolidated statement of operations. No further costs are expected and there are no outstanding liabilities related to this program as of September 30, 2016.
