For the calculation of diluted loss per share for the three and nine months ended June 30, 2022, 369,859 non-vested RSUs were excluded in the calculation of weighted average shares outstanding since their impact on diluted loss per share was antidilutive. For the calculation of diluted loss per share for the three and nine months ended June 30, 2021, 38,800 stock options and 331,999 non-vested RSUs were excluded in the calculation of weighted average shares outstanding since their impact on diluted loss per share was antidilutive.
