For the calculation of diluted loss per share for the three months ended December 31, 2021, 376,466 non-vested RSUs were excluded in the calculation of weighted average shares outstanding since their impact on diluted loss per share was antidilutive. For the calculation of diluted loss per share for the three months ended December 31, 2020, 38,800 stock options and 315,375 non-vested RSUs were excluded in the calculation of weighted average shares outstanding since their impact on diluted loss per share was antidilutive.
