(1) Represents agreed upon purchase price pursuant to the APA paid to T-Mobile on July 1, 2020.

(2) Represents the assigned value of net working capital acquired under the APA. During the third quarter of 2021, we obtained a favorable determination pursuant to the arbitration procedures under our APA with T-Mobile with respect to the disputed net working capital items. The resulting changes in net working capital were recorded, with the offsetting $39 million gain recorded in “Other, net” on our Consolidated Statements of Operations and Comprehensive Income (Loss) due to the expiration of the one-year window to finalize the purchase allocation.

(3) Represents receipt of payment from Softbank in connection with the Boost Mobile Acquisition on July 1, 2020.
