Effective on February 13, 2006, Michael A. Neuman resigned as President and Chief Operating Officer of EchoStar Communications Corporation (the “Company”). Mr. Neuman’s duties will be assumed by Carl E. Vogel, Vice Chairman of the Company, and Michael T. Dugan, Chief Technical Officer and formerly president and chief operating officer of the Company.
