During the quarter and nine months ended June 30, 2012, amortization of previously capitalized equity-based compensation totaled $15 million and $39 million, respectively. During the quarter and nine months ended July 2, 2011, amortization of previously capitalized equity-based compensation totaled $8 million and $43 million, respectively.
