During the six months ended April 2, 2016, the Company made $521 million of contributions to its pension and postretirement medical plans. The Company expects total pension and postretirement medical plan contributions in fiscal 2016 of approximately $900 million to $950 million. Final minimum pension plan funding requirements for fiscal 2016 will be determined based on our January 1, 2016 funding actuarial valuation, which will be available in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2016.
