During the quarter ended December 29, 2012, the Company did not make any material contributions to its pension and postretirement medical plans. The Company expects total pension and postretirement medical plan contributions in fiscal 2013 of approximately $425 million to $475 million. Final minimum pension plan funding requirements for fiscal 2013 will be determined based on our January 1, 2013 funding actuarial valuation that we expect to receive during the fourth quarter of fiscal 2013.
