("Novavax," and together with its subsidiary, "Novavax AB," the "Company") is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the discovery, development and commercialization of recombinant protein nanoparticle vaccines and adjuvants. The Company's product pipeline targets a variety of infectious diseases with vaccine candidates currently in clinical development for seasonal influenza, pandemic influenza and respiratory syncytial virus ("RSV").
